I spent 4 whole days in Goa and explored some beautiful beaches including a few remote ones. From eating at some popular restaurants to experiencing breathtaking sunsets, this Goa trip was truly no match to the previous ones I took! Things to do other than beach hopping
Cabo Da Rama Fort

Boat rides in Mangroves
One off beat experience I would highly recommend during the monsoon season is the boat rides to see the beautiful mangroves near Palolem Beach.
A mangrove boat ride near Palolem Beach feels calm and immersive in the monsoon. The backwaters look fuller after the rains. The water moves slowly through dense green mangroves. The surroundings feel quiet and untouched.
Apart from the mangroves you can also see eagle feeding and some exotic bird species including sea gulls.
Overall, the greenery looks richer and more vibrant.
You can rent a personal boat and the same can cost anywhere between INR 1000 to INR 1500.
Parra Road
Also, known as the Dear Zindagi Road, Parra Road looks especially lush in the monsoon. The iconic stretch of palm-lined road feels greener and more vibrant. Rain washes over the trees and deepens every shade of green. The road often glistens under soft, diffused light.
The usual tourist rush slows down here. The space feels quieter and more relaxed. The sound of rain and rustling palms takes over. It creates a calm and almost cinematic setting.

Cafe's and Restaurants
Goa’s cafés, restaurants, and clubs take on a different charm in the monsoon. The pace slows down across the state. The focus shifts to cozy corners, warm lights, and relaxed evenings. Rain sets the mood for everything.
Clubs stay open but feel less intense. The energy softens and becomes more laid-back. Music continues, but the vibe feels relaxed. Rainy nights add a unique charm to the experience.

d) Cape Goa – The views feel unmatched here. The location looks stunning and dramatic. The wait time can stretch a bit. The food and scenery make it worth it. It feels like a must-visit spot.
e) Slique Beach Club – The place suits EDM lovers perfectly. The music stays energetic. The crowd feels vibrant. The food matches the overall experience. It creates a lively and engaging atmosphere.
