No trip to Delhi is complete without visiting this beautiful monuments. The India Gate is one of the prime attractions in Delhi and should be on the top of your list. I would highly recommend visiting this place during the evenings and indulge in some boating too if you please.

If you love street art, then Lodhi Art District should definitely be on your list. Its India’s first art district with over murals by 50 Indian and International artists. Another enchanting, interesting and totally free thing to your itinerary has to be a visit to the Lotus Temple. The Lotus temple is a symbol of the Bahai culture in Delhi. The building is composed of 27 free-standing marble-clad “petals” arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides with nine doors opening onto a central hall with a height of slightly over 34 meters and a capacity of 2,500 people. The Lotus Temple has won numerous architectural awards and has been featured in many newspaper and magazine articles.

Agrasen ki Baoli

A supposedly haunted spot in Delhi, this place got its fame after a famous Bollywood film was shot here. A trip to Delhi can not be complete without visiting this place. I would highly recommend visiting this place early in the morning to get those perfect Instagram worthy shots. Another free place to visit right at the heart of the city!

Millennium Park

This is not some average Delhi park but a beautiful place to enjoy the goodness of nature. The park is close to Ring Road, Sarai Kale Khan and encloses well manicured lawns and gardens. In 2007, a large World Peace Stupa was installed by the 14th Dalai Lama. This is one of the prime reasons why this park is famous in Delhi.
